Technology has already become a natural part of education, but its role is not to replace teachers, but to support them. This was shared by Dragomira Pavlova, CEO of AMA Coach, in an interview for the “Inside view”. In this series, we present our community – the people and organizations behind “EdTech Bulgaria” – through their ideas, experience, and perspectives on education and technology. AMA Coach is a member of “EdTech Bulgaria”.
According to her, the greatest value of technology lies in its ability to free up time for more individualized support, greater human presence, and higher-quality teaching. Beyond knowledge, digital tools help students develop independence, critical thinking, digital literacy, and learning skills.
In the view of Dragomira Pavlova, Bulgaria has strong potential to become a leader in the field of educational technology, especially in solutions for personalized learning and the use of artificial intelligence in education. However, achieving this requires closer cooperation between schools, institutions, businesses, and educational organizations.
As part of EdTech Bulgaria, AMA Coach supports the development of a community that encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the implementation of innovative solutions with real benefits for students, teachers, and parents.
